"Victoria came to my home to help me set up my new computer and printer. The personal service was fantastic. She determined the best set-up and connections for my office space. She was very respectful, patient and considerate of my individual needs and comfort level with technology. She explained things simply and succinctly. I only wish I had consulted her BEFORE I bought my computer and printer. I would not have paid for extra, unnecessary features that could have been supported with my cell phone.
